Under S.363 of the Companies Act 1985, every limited liability company is legally required to submit annual return information on their company including any changes that may have occurred.

For the sum of £35.00+VAT we will not only forward two e-mail reminders of the requirement to submit your company's annual return but also make any changes necessary to accurately reflect any director, secretary or shareholder changes that may have occured.

Apart from giving you piece of mind and preventing the application of high penalties by Companies House this service also includes the payment of the £15.00 annual Government Duty - Normally this service costs £55.00 but if ordered now saves you £20.00 and perhaps additional accountancy/solicitors fees.

All for only £35+VAT per annum
