(a) The provision of a company secretarial company to act as your official company secretary as demanded by the Companies Act 1985. The service includes the preparation of the first and second minutes of your company plus the preparation of the Annual General Meeting. It should be noted that other secretarial functions will be subject to additional cost such as signing documents*

(b) The provision of your company's registered office address at our prestigious Chelsea office in London for receipt and forwarding of all Companies House and service of process documents.

(c) Completion of your company's COMPULSORY FORM 363 ANNUAL RETURN to Companies House at the end of the financial year including payment of the requisite Government Duty.

(d) Provide your company with an official nameplate - a legal requirement - at our office.

All for only £175 (+VAT) per annum.
